1-All Sales Sergeant video and audio material is the sole property of Sales Sergeant, LLC, and may not be reproduced in any manner for any reason without prior written permission of SalesSergeant, LLC.
2-All Sales Sergeant video and audio material is available for use by Sales Sergeant Members. It is a licensing agreement for membership use only, per the stated membership cost and fees.
3-Month to Month at $19.95
[Annual Membership upgrade available with a two month discount.]
4-Visa, MC, or Debit Card Billing will be automatic on the 5th day of each month. Any discontinue must be received electronically by Sales Sergeant,LLC on or before the 30th Day of the monthly billing cycle.
5-Members are billed 5 cents “per play” on each individual marketing Icebreaker sent to prospects which plays on YOUR BRAND PAGEI
6-Members receive verified monthly accounting on the number of Brand Page “Views.” Statements will be sent electronically. Once billed, there will be no refunds for that month, should you decide to terminate your membership.
7-Membership costs are subject to change without notice..
8-Sales Sergeant has sole and absolute right to to terminate a membership for any reason.
9-All legal matters pertaining to Sales Sergeant shall be adjudicated in the State of California, County of Riverside. However, it is stronly suggested that any disagreements should be resolved amicably or by arbitration. Indio Court shall be the location for all judicial complaints
